Due to the fact our government sucks and companies routinely spam the shit out of us, I have to put a privacy policy on my website. Additionally, if I want to be able to text my clients using my business phone line, Zoom phone requires me to put this stupid statement somewhere.

SMS Privacy Statement

This statement is so I can use Zoom SMS campaigns to simply respond to a customer's text.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Plain and simple: We don't share your data. We only text you when it's appropriate based on the needs of our clients. We don't use any SMS spamming platforms or other clickfunnel junk. Nothing automated. Period. Full stop.
